Workshop for Healing of the Kidney and Liver

I have learned many Emei Qigong healing techniques over the years, but never really have the time or the need to practice every one of them. When preparing for a healing session in June 2016 for someone with early Parkinson's disease, it occurred to me that one of the Six Special Emei Practices called Tiger Walk could help him. I started practicing this technique because I always feel I should be proficient in something before teaching it. It turned out I helped myself unexpectedly.
I had this issue in my right knee for a few months. It was painful when bending and had no strength while getting up after a squat. It was not bad enough to affect my daily life and I thought it would go away after the May events because my stress level would have come down. Well, not only it did not go away, it had even gotten worse. And yet somehow I still ignored it. Three days into the practice of the Tiger Walk, I realized my knee symptoms were lessened at least by half. It was a nice surprise as I was not even thinking of my own problems. It is such a great technique and I feel compelled to pass it on to more people.
The Tiger Walk technique is especially effective in strengthening the lower body and improves balance and coordination that are affected by the Parkinson's decease. Externally, it is an exercise for the lower back and the legs. Internally, it trains the kidney and liver. Looking back at healing sessions that I have involved, I found that lots of the subjects' issues were related to the aging of the kidneys and liver. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) holds that kidney is the root of our qi. As we get older, our kidneys get weaker and it affects all our body functions, including the liver which is the child of the kidney in the 5 elements relationship.
I therefore think it will be benefiting to have a workshop that targets the wellness of the kidneys and the liver. Information about this workshop is shown below and on the flyer.

What You will Gain from this Workshop?

In addition to Tiger Walk, you will learn Kidney Micro-Training, Liver Micro-Training, and some Simple Movements for the kidneys and liver. As opposed to macro-training of qigong that works on the overall well-being of the body, micro-training works directly on specific organ(s) and therefore works quicker and more effectively for specific ailments. The Emei micro-training techniques include both moving and still practices. Simple Movements are individual short exercises that are easy to do and do not consume much time.
• Day One of the workshop will focus on the theory and techniques.
• Day Two of the workshop will focus on practicing of the techniques.

Who Should Attend?

• People with chronic kidney and/or liver disease(s).
• People with chronic bladder and/or gallbladder disease(s).
• People with issues of the brain, bone, marrow, tendon, immune or nervous system.
• People with some of the indicators of Weakening Kidney or Liver shown on the right.
