Wuji Gong is the primary form of Emei Qigong. It incorporates simple, low impact, and meditative movements in 3 easy to learn portions.
Self-Vibration • Taiji Movements • Wuji Meditation
The Self-Vibration portion activates your internal energy (qi) to allow for the efficient intake of the positive qi from the universe.
The Taiji Movements work on the Heaven, Earth and Humanity sections of the body to allow the universal qi to flow through the meridians and transform into the body’s own positive energy.
The Wuji Meditation is the key that brings the most healing. In the Wuji state, you are not bound by your mind. Your movements will follow the qi and the qi will go to where it is needed.
Practicing of Wuji Gong can balance your emotions, reduce stress, heighten awareness, and in turn resolving physical and mental issues. Your will enjoy the self-healing effect that comes along. One of the Emei Qigong teacher has written a very
informative article on Wuji Gong.
Why Group?
We can think about the group energy fields from two aspects - the formless energy field under the group subconscious and the formless energy field under the group nonconscious. Everyone’s conscious desire for healing comes from a deep layer of the subconscious. The group nonconscious comes from the joining of many individual’s subconscious minds. It is beyond any logical thinking and judging. The formed group nonconscious magnifies the true nature of kindness of every individual, and the magnified kindness further magnifies the depth of “emptiness” of the group nonconscious. Doing anything under this condition brings better success. Practicing qigong under this condition brings stronger healing effects.
Why Free?
Since practicing as a group brings such stronger healing effects, we would encourage more people to come practice together by not imposing a cost. People who join the group practice usually provide a donation as they learn to appreciate the group energy and enjoy the healing effects the Qigong practice brings.
